Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026.
ROC SOLUTIONS LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operates this website at mainandsignal.com under the Main & Signal brand. For privacy questions or requests, email josh@mainandsignal.com.
Information we receive
Our inquiry form asks for your area of interest, name, email address and city or market. Business name, telephone number and a message are optional. It also includes the source page and any campaign values supplied in the link you followed. Please do not send sensitive personal information, financial records or identity documents.
We add a unique inquiry reference, receipt/expiry times, a digest used to recognize duplicates, and notification and follow-up records. We use this information to receive and answer inquiries, manage follow-up, recover failed notifications, prevent abuse and carry out retention and privacy procedures. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve a placement or create an agreement.
The Territory Partner calculator processes the assumptions you enter in your browser. Its inputs and results are not automatically submitted with an inquiry or saved by the website.
Hosting and email providers
Netlify hosts this website and runs its inquiry service. Inquiry content is saved to Netlify Blobs before a notification is attempted. These archive stores are configured for US East (Ohio). That setting does not determine the location of all provider logs, backups or email processing.
Resend sends inquiry notifications to josh@mainandsignal.com, including the inquiry fields, source/campaign values and reference. Your submitted email becomes the Reply-To address. Google Workspace/Gmail receives these notifications and subsequent correspondence. If a notification fails, a successfully saved inquiry remains available to the owner for recovery. Provider acceptance does not guarantee Inbox arrival. These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy/security arrangements.
This website has no payment checkout, visitor account, newsletter registration or CRM integration. The website application does not add analytics tags, advertising pixels or engagement tracking, and its fonts are bundled locally. Hosting and security providers may separately process connection information and use technical browser features under their policies. The inquiry archive does not store raw IP addresses; the function temporarily hashes network identity for rate limiting. External links and illustrative QR destinations may lead to another operator.
Retention
Inquiry content is scheduled for removal 90 days after receipt. Before expiry, an unresolved inquiry may receive one documented extension of up to 30 days, with a maximum policy deadline of 120 days from receipt. Replies, recovery and resolution do not restart this archive clock. Cleanup runs daily; the next pass, outages or incomplete work can affect physical deletion timing and require owner correction.
Related notification/follow-up content is removed with the inquiry. Minimal reference-only deletion/escalation markers have a separate 90-day lifetime and cleanup-run records a 30-day lifetime. These markers do not contain inquiry messages or contact fields.
Routine inquiry correspondence and working exports are due for deletion 12 months after the owner records resolution following the last substantive exchange. A reopened matter uses its new final resolution for that correspondence clock; it does not extend the Blobs archive clock. This is a manual business procedure, reviewed monthly, rather than automatic Gmail or Resend deletion. Records needed for a documented legal obligation, dispute or hold may be retained as required. Provider backups, recovery windows and legally required retention can differ.
Deleting the website archive does not delete Gmail, Resend, replies, forwarded messages or downloaded copies. These copies require their own deletion steps. We do not promise immediate erasure from every provider system.
Access and privacy requests
The inquiry archive has no public search, download or administration endpoint. Owner access uses authenticated project operations, with separate provider controls for email copies. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Email josh@mainandsignal.com to ask about information you provided or request access, correction or deletion. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and identify relevant copies. We handle requests subject to applicable law, including any required exceptions, response periods and appeal rights. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law. We will not ask you to submit identity documents through the public inquiry form.
We will update this policy when our practices change and state when the revised policy takes effect. If applicable law requires additional notice, that requirement continues to apply.
